I felt pissed the moment I opened my eyes...Reason?I felt "cheated"...Its already end mth and most ppl has gotten their pay by now but I've not...Fair enough the 1st mth,I was issued a cheque cos I'm a new staff and my pay was prorated...But this is like my 2nd mth with the company and they yet to issue me another cheque????
I actually asked my manager and she mentioned that only the 1st month,the new staffs will received their pay via cheque,subsequently will be credited thru the bank acc.Now I need some more explaination...I mean,HELLO...a big,well established company providing this kinda welfare to the staffs...?Its so ridiculous..! I've been a staff at various companies but never did I come across a company whom issue cheque for the new staff....
I'm pissed cos this is the weekend we're talking about...If the head office deliver the cheques after the cheques collection time,I'll be only getting my pay like MONDAY...and thats already another new month...I'm supposed to receive my pay at every END month not NEW month...If this goes on,I'm gonna complain cos why...nothing about issuing cheques was stated in the employment letter and I wasn't even told the very 1st day....!!!!
